Who we are

A Pakistani engineering company that builds what it services.

Amassco specialises in thermal management for industrial control equipment. Our panel cooling units are designed, assembled and tested in Lahore  for plants running in Punjab summers, sugar-mill boiling houses and dye-house humidity.

That location is the whole point. Imported units perform well right up until something needs replacing, and then a maintenance manager is quoting a twelve-week lead time to a production director who wants the line running this shift. Building here means the spare is on a shelf a few hours away.

What's inside the housing

The cooling circuit is conventional, and deliberately so a sealed refrigeration loop with two isolated air paths. What matters is how it’s built for the conditions it has to live in.

Where they run

Every plant has something that should never reach a terminal strip.

Cotton lint, sugar dust, ammonia, wash-down water, weld smoke, iron filings. The cooling problem is the same everywhere. What we specify is not.

Capacity depends on three things: the cabinet’s exposed surface area, the heat dissipated by everything inside it, and the maximum ambient temperature where it stands. Send us the panel drawing and the connected load, and we’ll calculate it for you and quote the matching model.

A room air conditioner cools open air. A panel AC cools a sealed enclosure through a closed internal circuit, so cabinet air is recirculated rather than exchanged with the plant. It’s built to run in dusty, oily and humid conditions and to hold an internal setpoint independent of what’s happening outside the door.

Yes — the units are rated for ambient conditions up to 60°C. Capacity does fall as ambient rises, which is exactly why sizing should be done at your worst-case summer temperature rather than at an average.

In most cases, yes. It needs a flat mounting area on the door or side, a standard cut-out, clearance for the external air path and a route for condensate. Send us photographs and dimensions and we’ll confirm before you order.

Every unit carries a 12-month comprehensive warranty, with extended cover available. We hold genuine spare parts locally and offer preventive maintenance contracts and breakdown response nationwide.

Standard models are usually available from stock or built within a short lead time. Non-standard voltages, cut-outs and special coil treatments are quoted individually — tell us the requirement and we’ll confirm a date in writing.
